From experience we understand its not just a case of what the candidate looks like on paper, there are also a number of other aspects that need to be considered and boxes that need to be ticked.

 

Only when we are satisfied that the candidate meets your specification and is keen to work for you, only then will we talk to you about them. You will only hear about the people we have shortlisted, and we will give you a full and honest assessment of their capability and suitability for the role.

 

Our goal is to develop a long term relationship, we would prefer to work with fewer companies where we can provide a superior service and fill all of their requirements, rather than take on more clients than we can handle and diluting our service levels.
